Safeguarding Kangaroo Valley’s Most Vital Resource

We're thrilled to share the successful completion of the Kangaroo Valley Pipeline Renewal Works – a project that, in partnership with Diona and commissioned by WaterNSW, has reinforced the infrastructure vital for the community's reliable water supply.

This renewal was essential for maintaining the pipeline’s efficiency and ensuring it continues to serve the region for decades to come.

Building a Resilient Future

Focused on long-term resilience, the upgrades have significantly enhanced the pipeline’s durability and access for ongoing maintenance, leading to a more dependable water supply for the people of Kangaroo Valley.

Community and Cultural Engagement

The project’s Stakeholder Engagement Team, led by David Crowhurst, focused on engaging the community and respecting the area's cultural heritage. They worked closely with local stakeholders, including the Illawarra Local Aboriginal Land Council, to ensure the project was carried out with the utmost respect for the region's cultural significance.

Committed to Environmental Protection

This project also reflects our commitment to protecting the environment. By using sustainable practices, we minimised our impact and helped preserve the natural beauty of Kangaroo Valley for future generations.

We are proud to have contributed to securing a more sustainable future for Kangaroo Valley.
