Girri Birrang Logo - Bridging Horizons, Building Futures

Who We Are

Girri Birrang means ‘Far Horizon’ or ‘Red Horizon’

A name that reflects vision, purpose and connection to Country.

The three rivers in our logo represent our connection to Country and culture – and the way we bring people together through community, sustainability and meaningful work.

Our name and story are drawn from the Wiradjuri language and people, whose knowledge and strength continue to shape our business today.

When you work with Girri Birrang, you’re partnering with a team that’s proud of where we’ve come from – and focused on building something better.

Our Mission

Bridging Horizons, Building Futures speaks to what we stand for – combining traditional knowledge with real-world capability to create something that lasts.

Our mission is to deliver good work and open up genuine opportunities – especially for young people – while respecting the places and communities we’re part of.

How We Work

We bring respect, reliability and a sense of responsibility to every job – and we don’t take shortcuts.

Whether we’re on site or behind the scenes, we focus on building strong partnerships, growing local skills, and doing things in a way that lasts.

Our Promise

In every part of the business – infrastructure, hire, logistics, or recruitment – we show up with the same values.

We’re here to deliver quality work and help build stronger, more resilient communities for the next generation.

Our Values

Our values shape how we work, how we show up, and how we support others. They’re not just words – they guide our actions every day.

Resilience

We face challenges with strength, honesty and adaptability.

Unity

We back each other, listen well, and move forward together.

Empowerment

We create space for people to grow – especially youth.

Vision

We make smart, long-term choices that leave things better than we found them.

“For us, it’s about more than the job. It’s about doing things right – and making sure what we build supports the next generation.”
